Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid processing delays.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
